The Reason Why
Why is this important to me?
My parents and my in-laws are all in their eighties.
We are so fortunate we still have them with us.
As the final one turned 80, my Mom, I started thinking about the things I may not know about these people in my life.
I don’t want to miss the chance to talk to them about their lives, childhoods and discover their past.
Passing those stories down to my children and grandchildren and finding ways to ensure today is not forgotten, will encourage close relationships with my family today and in the future.
As my family discovers ways to share our history, stories, and traditions we would like to share our process with you.
We are actually documenting some of our family’s history on my sister site: www.ThatSalad.com.
Most importantly, we are finding ways to create memories today that will last into the next generation.
We value spending time together, learning about each other, and appreciating the family time we share.

About Me
A little about me personally: I love campfires, boating at the lake, golf cart rides, long walks on the beach, and the moon.
I’m a Scorpio, my favorite color is blue, and exercise is not on my “favorite things to do” list.
I have been self-employed for most of my working life, running a medical billing service from my home office.
My family is #1 – I’m a wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, a friend, and more.
I have an awesome dog, Sparky. He is a Shih Tzu who sticks to me like glue, keeping me company wherever I go, always loyal. My life is full.
